MEDITATIONS

I am proud to say that I have read Meditation by Marcus Aurelius. The book was an inspiration for me as I grasped his philosophy and could see certain aspects of my life that I could change. Meditations is a great read, his Philosophy was inspiring and left me wanting to spread his wisdom to my peers. Overall, I'd like to sell the viewer of my page on this book to open their mind to the world around them and learn to see that would and conclude on their findings.

Meditations

Overview (From Barnes & Noble)

The Roman emperor Marcus Aurelius Antoninus (AD 121-180) embodied in his person that deeply cherished ideal figure of antiquity, the philosopher-king. His Meditations, written in moments snatched from military campaigns and the rigors of politics, reveal a mind of exceptional clarity and originality, and a sprit attuned to both the particulars of human destiny and the vast patterns which underlie it.
